Pumpkin Bars

These pumpkin bars are great as a snack on your coffee break or even for breakfast with a side of eggs! Made very much like brownies, but with seasonal flair. This recipe replaces sugar with granulated monk fruit and subs in a combo of almond flour and coconut flour for regular flour so you get an even richer flavor.
